Job Description :
This position is responsible for providing Service Support for various software applications, with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, accuracy and timelines. Keep users informed about their Incidents’ status at agreed intervals. Log all Incident/Service Request details & functions as the first point of contact for users.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Customer Handling:
- Provide high-quality customer support through calls, chats, and emails with proper etiquette.
- Ensure a positive client experience, prioritizing customer satisfaction and clear communication.
- Incident & Ticket Management:
- Handle end-to-end ticket management, ensuring that service requests and incidents are logged and resolved efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on applications like MS Office and custom-built applications (e.g., ASP.NET, C#, Active Directory, DPASS).
- Performance Metrics:
- Meet key performance metrics such as C-SAT, AHT, FCR, and schedule adherence.
- Ensure zero RED light calls and deliver client value by prioritizing issues and providing VIP support.
- Account Provisioning:
- Provision user accounts for external (non-Deloitte) clients, ensuring timely and accurate setup.
- Collaboration:
- Assist in organizing, planning, and implementing Tax Transformation Support strategies.
- Report and record defects in applications to ensure high service standards.
Education and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years in customer service or technical support.
- Technical: Knowledge of MS Office, ServiceNow, Azure preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (spoken & written) and problem-solving abilities.
