Job Description :

The Associate Software Engineer will play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by customers, as well as supporting the ongoing development and improvement of our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) product.

Role and Responsibility :

  • Write comprehensive unit test cases
  • Assist Lead in spec review, UI mockup review, translating High level design to low level design, impact analysis and task estimates
  • Ensure code documentation (Inline, function / module level)
  • Enhancement and maintenance support of existing components
  • Ensures sufficient instrumentation, logging for debug ability of code

Education and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science or computer application
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues effectively.
  • Professional Experience: Relevant experience through internships or projects in software development or technical support.
  • Additional Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with RPA tools and frameworks is a plus.
  • Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and database management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
