Job Description :
The Associate Software Engineer will play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by customers, as well as supporting the ongoing development and improvement of our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) product.
Role and Responsibility :
- Write comprehensive unit test cases
- Assist Lead in spec review, UI mockup review, translating High level design to low level design, impact analysis and task estimates
- Ensure code documentation (Inline, function / module level)
- Enhancement and maintenance support of existing components
- Ensures sufficient instrumentation, logging for debug ability of code
Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science or computer application
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues effectively.
- Professional Experience: Relevant experience through internships or projects in software development or technical support.
- Additional Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with RPA tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and database management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
