Role and Responsibility :

  • Create and analyze AR aging reports, prioritizing customer accounts based on subscription fee collection strategies.
  • Contact merchants for payment through phone and email, adhering to fee collection strategies
  • Track and follow up on merchant payment promises.
  • Prepare reports for governance meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Respond to inquiries from merchants or internal stakeholders regarding fees reconciliations
  • Building relationships with key merchants to ensure timely collections are made.

Education and Skills :

  • Recent graduate/post graduate with 0-3 years of experience, eager to grow and learn
  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excel at managing stakeholders and building positive relationships
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and work well with others to achieve common goals
  • Are a team player who enjoys working together to solve problems and drive success
