Role and Responsibility :
- Create and analyze AR aging reports, prioritizing customer accounts based on subscription fee collection strategies.
- Contact merchants for payment through phone and email, adhering to fee collection strategies
- Track and follow up on merchant payment promises.
- Prepare reports for governance meetings with cross-functional teams
- Respond to inquiries from merchants or internal stakeholders regarding fees reconciliations
- Building relationships with key merchants to ensure timely collections are made.
Education and Skills :
- Recent graduate/post graduate with 0-3 years of experience, eager to grow and learn
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excel at managing stakeholders and building positive relationships
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and work well with others to achieve common goals
