Job Description :

Researching and developing new engineering projects and ideas. Conducting tests and experiments on engineering projects. Performing maintenance tasks on engineering equipment. Attending meetings and taking notes on engineering projects.

Role and Responsibility :

  • Ensure Customer Rejection PPM within the Target
  • Responsible for Customer Quality and Process Quality
  • Monitor monthly PPM, FTT and kaizen
  • Do internal audit and close the observation
  • Good knowledge in PPAP, 8D, QC tools and QC story
  • Implement poka-yoke in the process to eliminate defects
  • Monitoring Quality inspector skill Matrix and focus on development of team
  • Do continuous Quality improvement activities
  • Complete customer PPAP as per timeline
  • Following daily KPI and achieve the target.
  • Meet APQP timeline and address all the failure mode during NPD
  • Achieve zero customer PPM and Maintain zero warranty PPM
  • 100% adherence to Tenneco Quality basic
  • Zero NC in IATF and customer audit
Education and Skills :
  • BE/BTECH or Any Graduate
  • Freshers are eligible!
  • Proficient in English language- both written and oral
