Job Description :

This position focused on ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness within an organisation. A Process Associate oversees specific processes within an organisation to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. They work to streamline operations, reduce errors, and enhance overall productivity

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Tracking the re1. Send welcome letter to Customer.
  • Prepare ENACH forms and uploading.
  • Send to PDCs to Mumbai Branch.
  • Maintain Tracker files of Welcome letter, ENACH forms, tracking PDCs.
  • Uploading Files on share point.
  • Disbursement Files checking or renovate like: File login or File checking and uploading for Design.
  • Prepare DO.
  • Send to ROC to Vendor or Customer.
  • Resolve Sales teams issue for EMI deduction, ENACH Status.
  • Locally Cheque deposition.
  • Maintain Swapping Cases.
  • Document scanning and uploading on SharePoint.

Education and Skills:

  • 0 – 1 Year experience.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • General Accounting Principles knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
  • Thrives in a team environment.
  • Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English.
  • Good in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
