We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Role and Responsibility :

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and project requirements.
  • Gather detailed information for projects and initiatives through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively present findings.
  • Identify areas for improving processes and increasing operational efficiency within healthcare or pharmaceutical workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and implement industry best practices.
  • Assess existing tools and systems used in healthcare or pharmaceutical operations.
  • Propose and execute solutions for system integration, automation, and improving data compatibility.

Education and Skills :

  • Candidates must have an educational background in Anygraduate, BE/B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech with a specialization in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience level: 0–1 year.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
  • Monitor project progress, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, to ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including leadership, managers, and operational teams.
  • Share insights, recommendations, and project updates in a clear and structured manner.
