Job Description :
We are looking for an organized Executive/ Senior Executive to do file management and
maintenance of our advertising programme. The individual must be organized and possess a good understanding of timely and accurate filing of reports as per compliance requirement. A dynamic fast-paced start-up work culture and the benefit of a stable organization with well-defined practices and processes.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Assist in maintenance of advertisement register for IRDA filings
- Coordination with marketing team for issuance of advt codes.
- Maintenance of centralised files/ folders for all advertisements campaigns
- Assist in maintenance of summary and dashboards – NPRA and Merchant Advisory
- Intra-Team Coordination and follow ups with other teams for NPRA responses
Education and Skills :
- Graduate in any stream
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Operations or similar unit
- Good with MS Office Suite- MS Excel, MS Word
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills
