Job Description :

Risk investigators identify fraudulent transactions or claims for retail or online stores. As a risk investigator, you examine sales activity, authenticate customers, and determine false or unauthorized purchases. You also analyze processes and make recommendations to reduce incidents of fraud.

Role and Responsibility :

  • The Transaction Risk Investigator position relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will work under limited supervision of the Manager.
  • Analyzing transactions: Using tools to research transactions and detect fraudulent patterns 
  • Assessing legitimacy: Reviewing account activity and assessing the legitimacy of transactions 
  • Communicating with customers: Verifying transaction details and resolving issues with customers 
  • Documenting findings: Maintaining accurate records of investigation findings 

Education and Skills :

  • Education – UG: Any Graduate , PG: Any Postgraduate
  • 0 to 5 year(s) of experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills and an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers Problem Solving Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
