Job Description :
They contribute to various aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including designing, testing and debugging code. Part of their job involves helping the quality assurance team test the software before releasing it to customers. Their role can vary depending on the industry in which they work
Role and Responsibility:
- Create and execute manual test plans and test cases for assigned components/features
- Continuously convert manual test cases into automated ones
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, debug, and perform root cause analysis of issues and defects
- Create and improve automated regression tests
Education and Skills :
- Bachelors of Engineering, preferably in Civil.
- 0-3 years of software testing experience and/or GUI test automation experience
- Experience in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting desktop software.
- Experience with at least one programming language. C#/Python is an added advantage.
- Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.
