The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure smooth IT operations.

Job Description :

Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

Role and Responsibility :

  • Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
  • Set up new user accounts and profiles, and manage password-related issues.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with end users to provide effective support.
  • Resolve issues within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Education and skills:

  • Relevant subjects include computer science, software engineering, information technology and business technology
  • Strong knowledge and experience with endpoint protection tools, specifically McAfee.
  • Expertise in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Ability to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks efficiently.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve various IT issues.
