Job Description :

TATA Steel off campus hiring fresher for Research Associates in Jamshedpur. Collect, analyze, and report data. Coordinate with research partners and vendors. Assist dissemination of project results through policy briefs, white papers, reports, conferences, and peer-reviewed publications. Maintain instrumentation, as applicable, related to field or laboratory research.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Participating in lab trials and experiments and understanding of practical phenomenon and replicating the actual conditions in simulations. 
  • Perform literature survey for the projects taken by the group and create summary of the findings to pass on to the project leader
  • Research equipment management: Manage and handle advanced research equipment 
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with operations people to support daily operations 
  • Process optimization: Implement improvement ideas to optimize processes 
  • R&D project completion: Complete R&D projects on time.

Education and Skills :

  • B.Tech/B.E /M.tech/ Ph.D in Electrical Engineering
  • 0 to 5 years’ experience will be prefer.
  • This role requires knowledge of technical problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of coding in MATLAB and Solid works is necessary.
  • Teamwork and sincerity in proactively completing the task assigned and eagerness to learn.
