Job Description :

Cognizant is looking for an Process Executive – Data in Hyderabad. Perform data entry of employee data base. Report productivity on count of invoices processed. Escalate unprocessable/parked/blocked with reasons. Stay updated with the process knowledge / changes refer to knowledge updates/ repositories to effectively process transactions.

Role and Responsibility :

  • Analyze online data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems.

Education and Skills :

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data visualization techniques.
  • Have domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries understanding their specific data needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
  • Show attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
