Job Description :
Analyzing our clients’ business processes and functional needs. Writing requirement specifications and functional specifications. Facilitating scoping workshops with clients. Ensuring adherence to standards to minimize custom development. Assisting the business owner in defining project objectives. Participating in the selection of appropriate solutions. Participating in the definition of the testing plan. Facilitating a team of users. Participating in the analysis of impacts on the organization and work processes. Supporting change management. Defining user training actions.
Role and Responsibility :
- Contributing in creation/modification/revision of the technical manuals/documentation across various domains.
- Understanding and conducting impact analysis based on the engineering change request.
- Researching extensively and ensuring adherence to the applicable regulatory requirements.
- Performing tasks in customer specific project tools and updating status in Capgemini workflow management tools
- Following processes and standards defined for the customer.
- Performing Internal & external rejection analysis, discussing in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensuring prevention of rejections and thus maintaining quality KPI
Education and Skills :
