HCL Tech is conducting Mega Walk-in Drive for fresher’s for Graduate Trainee (Global Service Desk/ Voice Support) Role at Noida on Saturday, 19th Oct 24 ,2024. As a Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for data management, onboarding assistance, query resolution, documentation, compliance, and performance management support.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Job Title: Graduate Trainee
- Role – Global Service Desk role, solve network hardware and software problems for customers, responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users
- Desirable Skill: Excellent Communication Skill
- Type of Employment: Full Time Role
- Eligibility : BCA, B.Sc, BA, B.Com ,BBA, BE/ B.Tech
- Highest Qualification : Undergraduate
- Eligibility Criteria: 60% and above throughout the academics and no backlogs.
- UG Passing Year: 2024
- Review, design, develop & implementation
- Understand new requirements and come up with design for new features
- Design new features with optimized ways & ability to handle required scale and work on
implementation - Work along with geographically dispersed teams & client engineers in coming up with the design
& implementation approaches - Support through the qualification cycles.
- Work closely with the functional and end-to-end test teams to troubleshoot problems found in
integration testing. - Handling problems reported from the field and coming up with quick resolution, workaround,
recovery and fixes.
