Job Description :

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Role and Responsibility :

  • Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner
  • Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue
  • Update own availability in the RAVE system to ensure productivity of the process
  • Record, track, and document all queries received, problem- solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
  • Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries
  • Resolve client queries as per the SLA’s defined in the contract

Education and Qualification : 

  • Educational Background: Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for degrees in finance, commerce, business administration, or related disciplines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for analyzing financial data and making informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are important for effectively presenting financial information.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, is often required.
  • Fresh Graduates: The position is specifically aimed at fresh graduates, making it an ideal opportunity for recent university completers.
