Job Description :
Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and risk-weighted asset reports. Ensure reports are accurate and comply with global reporting standards. Support internal audit processes, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
Role and Responsibility :
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the process as well as methods, tools and technologies used.
- Obtain understanding of the control framework around the process and ensure adherence to the same.
- Collaborate across global and regional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver high quality reporting and analytics for the business area ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with various business, accounting, control, reporting, change and other stakeholders to achieve process outcomes.
- Meet requests for adhoc information on time.
Education and Skills :
- 0-2 years CA, MBA Finance with accounting knowledge and experience .
- Strong accounting and analytical skills.
- Good team player, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meet quality and manage tight deadlines.
- A strong communicator with good English language skills. (verbal and written)
- Methodical and organized, with attention to detail.
