Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Junior Software Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The Software Engineer position will work on Administrative Systems and modernization of aging applications. Strong attention to detail, desire for process ownership, and interest in implementing new technology are highly valued.
Role and Responsibility :
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
- Design, modify, develop, and provide support for software applications.
- Participate in software validation processes by developing, reviewing, and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Create software applications following the software development life cycle, encompassing requirements gathering, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding projects, development progress, tools, and procedures.
- Apply skills in various development areas such as object-oriented programming (C#), databases (SQL), and web applications (ASP.NET).
- Opportunity for potential leadership in software development projects.
Education and Skills:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- Preferably possess experience with technologies like C#, Angular, Webservices, GraphQL, Git, and relational databases.
- Advantageous to have experience in Entity Framework and Azure DevOps.
- Understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software release management.
- Previous experience in transitioning systems to a cloud-based platform (Azure) is a bonus.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills in English.
