⚡Job Description :
✅ This role plays a key part of the delivery of accounting services in the business. The person will be responsible for arrange of activities(monthly/quarterly/annually) related to accounting and reporting in a fast-paced environment which includes execution of purchase invoices, sales invoices, period end accounting entries, running month-end routines, making necessary GL adjustments, closing and finalization of trial balance and performing post closure activities including account reconciliation etc.
📌 Role and Responsibility :
💡 Accurately process, code, and match invoices and travel & expense (T&E) claims in compliance with company policies.
🔍 Communicate with global suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and expense claim queries promptly and professionally.
⏰ Ensure proper approvals for invoices and expense claims, facilitating timely payments and clearing outstanding invoices.
👥 Reconcile supplier accounts and review aged creditors reports, prioritizing the clearance of debit balances in vendor accounts.
🎯 Manage email inquiries related to invoices and perform associated tasks, including scanning invoices into the system.
💻Education and Skills:
💡Bachelors / master’s in finance with 0- 1 years of experience.
🔍 Advanced excel skills
⏰Prior experience in MS Dynamics Business Central (preferable but not mandatory)
👥 High attention to detail and strong focus on quality
🎯 Ability to work in fast paced environment and meeting shorter deadlines
