Job Description :

Analyzing our clients business processes and functional needs. Writing requirement specifications and functional specifications. Facilitating scoping workshops with clients. Ensuring adherence to standards to minimize custom development.

Role and Responsibility :

  • Contributing in creation/modification/revision of the technical manuals/documentation across various domains.
  • Understanding and conducting impact analysis based on the engineering change request.
  • Researching extensively and ensuring adherence to the applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Performing tasks in customer specific project tools and updating status in Capgemini workflow management tools
  • Following processes and standards defined for the customer.
  • Performing Internal & external rejection analysis, discussing in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensuring prevention of rejections and thus maintaining quality KPI

Education and Skills :
